1. Reservations:

1.1. Reservations can be made through our website, in person, or by phone.

1.2. The reservation will be confirmed only after the payment of the due amount, unless otherwise indicated.

2. Cancellation Rules:

2.1. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date will enjoy a full refund.

2.2. Cancellations made between 6 and 2 days before the scheduled date will result in the issuance of a voucher of equal value to be used within one year.

2.3. In the case of cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice or a no-show on the scheduled date, no refund will be granted.

3. Reservation Changes:

3.1. Changes to the reservation are subject to availability and may involve cost variations.

3.2. Any changes must be requested in writing and sent to the email address cucina.golosa@alidialice.it

4. Organization’s Cancellation:

4.1. The Organization reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen reasons or exceptional circumstances.

4.2. In case of cancellation by the Organization, the option of a new reservation or a full refund will be offered, at the customer’s choice.

5. User’s Responsibility:

5.1. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during the reservation.

5.2. The User agrees to comply with the rules and regulations regarding the use of the booked services.

6. Refund:

6.1. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5 days from the acceptance date of the refund request.

6.2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the reservation.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

7.1. Users will be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions through our website.

7.2. The continued use of our services after the modification is deemed an acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
